These terms and conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability. If any part of the conditions proves to be not valid or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will remain valid. The invalid or unenforceable condition will be deemed as supplanted by an enforceable and valid form conveying the same meaning. Any dispute will be governed by the law and jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
Your booking on this website is conditional on you accepting the terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. By completing your booking you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. On submitting your reservation for a product on this website, Hotelooping.com will confirm your reservation by email and supply a voucher which should be printed and presented to the hotel on arrival. Hotelooping.com will not have any contract with you for the supply of any product at the price offered until your booking is confirmed and Hotelooping.com has received payment. 2. Modification of terms and conditions
Hotelooping.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree that your continued use of this site will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
3. How to book your accommodation?
Simply complete the details in the booking section of this website and pay the total price of your accommodation. The person who completes the web booking form must have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other travelers in the group, confirms that the people named on it accept the booking conditions, and is responsible for the full cost of the accommodation, including any cancellation or amendment charges. He/she will inform other members of the party of confirmation details and any other appropriate information.
4. Age and responsibility
You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use Hotelooping.com’s site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of use of this site.
You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation bookings and membership registration is correct. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
5. What's included in your reservation
The basic accommodation cost includes the following:
- Accommodation and meals as confirmed on your booking
- All obligatory hotel service charges and taxes
- VAT on all vacations in EC countries
6. What's not included
The basic accommodation cost does not include:
- Transfers between airport and accommodation
- Excursions and other personal expenditure
- Additional charges for rooms, meals or under-occupancy in apartments
- Charges that hotels or apartments may make for facilities such as cots, parking, minibus services, sunbeds, sauna, tennis courts and equipment, porters etc
- Deposits requested on arrival by some apartment/villa owners
7. Payment
At the time of booking the full amount will be deducted from your credit or debit card. Payment transactions to Hotelooping.com are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by some of the world's leading banks.
This technically secure environment ensures that credit card details cannot be intercepted and are not revealed to anyone other than to financial institutions required to process payment instructions from the customer.
8. Booking cancellation or modification
You may cancel your booking at any time on Hotelooping.com’s website. You will be advised at the time of booking what charge will apply as a cancellation fee, according to the individual hotel. The possibility of amending the reservation depends on the applicable rate. Certain rates cannot be modified. Modifications involving a partial cancellation or reduction in number of nights within the timescale that cancellation fees apply, may also be subject to this charge. No shows are subject to cancellation charges of 100% of the amount paid. Proceeding with your reservation means you expressly accept such charges.
9. Before you travel
Hotelooping.com is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to any particular destination. The Consular Affairs Bureau helps travelers stay safe overseas. Check their website at http://travel.state.gov/travel for latest advice on conditions in and general information concerning specific countries.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the relevant visa for the country you are visiting, plus any innoculations required. Further information is available from:

10. Insurance
You are strongly advised to travel with adequate travel insurance, as the cost of medical expenses overseas can be very high if you suffer an accident or illness.
11. Force majeure
Force majeure shall include (but is not limited to) government intervention, war or threat of war, civil commotion, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, storm, terrorist attack or industrial action affecting Hotelooping.com or its suppliers.
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint you must tell the accommodation reception/management immediately to enable them to take action to rectify the situation. Hotelooping.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any third party supplier.
13. Disclaimer
The information on this site is posted in good faith but Hotelooping.com cannot guarantee that it is completely free from inaccuracies and typographical errors and does not accept liability for any error or omission on this site.

Travel to Cuba by citizens and residents of the United States is subject to the laws of the United States pertaining to the U.S. embargo of Cuba and requires a license by the United States Government. No refunds will be made or liability incurred with respect to any travel arrangements made by citizens or residents of the United States without required licenses.
